Shipment
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
After we have received your payment, we will start shipping your order. Most Products that we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We have agreements with each supplier about the delivery time and quality, calculated at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Where do we ship to?
We ship everything worldwide, we try our best to get free shipping for every order we receive, under some circumstances due to agreements with the manufacturer and the recipient's country. The responsibility of the import duties, taxes, customs, or clearance charges could fall onto the recipient if they choose to proceed with the transaction.
